MEP Quantity Surveyor

MEP Quantity Surveyor

Hyperscale Data Centre Fit-Out

East London / Essex

TClarke is one of the UK’s leading building services contractors, delivering complex engineering solutions across some of the country’s most prestigious commercial, residential, healthcare, education, data centre, and infrastructure projects.

With over 135 years of engineering excellence and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on a flagship hyperscale data centre fit-out.

As the main contractor, TClarke is delivering a £17.5m MEP package, providing an excellent opportunity to play a key commercial role on one of the UK’s most technically advanced mission-critical projects.

The Role

As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of the MEP package, ensuring the project is delivered commercially, contractually, and financially in line with business objectives from procurement through to final account.

Working closely with project managers, engineers, and the wider commercial team, you’ll help drive performance while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
