MEP Revit Technician
Criterion Capital is seeking an experienced MEP CAD / Revit Co-ordinator to support the design and delivery of high-quality commercial to hotel/residential developments across London and the South East. As an integrated property investment, development and asset management business, Criterion Capital delivers complex schemes with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, build quality and long-term value.
Role Overview The MEP CAD / Revit Co-ordinator will play a key role in the coordination and production of MEP design information across multiple residential projects. Working closely with Criterion Capital’s in-house technical, engineering and project delivery teams, as well as external consultants and contractors, you will ensure that all MEP models and drawings are accurate, fully coordinated and aligned with project and construction requirements.

Key Responsibilities Produce and coordinate detailed MEP drawings and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD Manage and maintain MEP model information throughout the design and construction lifecycle Coordinate with mechanical and electrical engineers, BIM teams, and project delivery teams Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, BIM protocols, and industry best practice Support clash detection processes and coordination workshops Assist with drawing registers, document control, and issue tracking Support continuous improvement of CAD/BIM standards across the business

Requirements Proven experience as an MEP CAD / Revit Co-ordinator within residential building services Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Good technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems High level of accuracy, coordination skills, and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams
