MEP Surveyor

London | £60,000 - £80,000 + Package

The Business

Our client is recognised as one of London's leading Building Services Contractors, delivering technically demanding MEP projects across the commercial, heritage, healthcare, education and high-end residential sectors.

Rather than focusing on high-volume new build developments, the business has built its reputation on delivering complex engineering solutions within occupied buildings, live environments and prestigious city-centre locations where planning, collaboration and technical expertise are essential.

Following continued project awards throughout London, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of an experienced MEP Surveyor.

The Opportunity

This isn't a role where you'll simply produce valuations and manage subcontractor accounts. You'll be involved in the commercial strategy of projects from the point of award through to final account, working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure each scheme is delivered profitably while maintaining the exceptional standards the business is known for. Projects typically range from complex CAT A & CAT B refurbishments, critical infrastructure upgrades and specialist building services installations through to multi-million-pound MEP packages within occupied environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
