Deployment & Communications Specialist – Mercedes-Benz Cars UK Account

Location: Bescot Head Office, Walsall (with potential for a future hybrid work model after successful probation)

Hours: Full-Time (35 hours per week) Working hours include weekends and bank holidays, between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday.

Contract: Full-Time Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

What You’ll Do

You’ll excel in:

  • Delivering excellence: Providing professional solutions meeting customer needs and business objectives.
  • Responding swiftly: Managing response times and ensuring customers are updated until issues are resolved.
  • Staying proactive: Following up post-breakdown to share real-time progress updates.
  • Driving collaboration: Strengthening partnerships within Roadside Services to deliver outstanding service.
  • Thinking strategically: Opting for cost-effective solutions using RAC’s repair network and third-party providers.
  • Coordination: Liaising internally and externally to streamline deployments.
  • System management: Using iCAD Dispatch to make data-driven deployment decisions and track performance.
  • Ensuring compliance: Minimising manual claims, adhering to contractor protocols, and meeting KPIs.
  • Driving success: Contributing to goals that enhance profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience with RAC deployment systems, iCAD, and related tools.
  • Ability to meet performance and compliance benchmarks.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of National Deployment Centre (NDC) processes.
  • Understanding of breakdown products, data protection, health & safety, and FCA compliance.
