Deployment & Communications Specialist – Mercedes-Benz Cars UK Account
Location: Bescot Head Office, Walsall (with potential for a future hybrid work model after successful probation)
Hours: Full-Time (35 hours per week) Working hours include weekends and bank holidays, between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday.
Contract: Full-Time Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

What You’ll Do
You’ll excel in:
- Delivering excellence: Providing professional solutions meeting customer needs and business objectives.
- Responding swiftly: Managing response times and ensuring customers are updated until issues are resolved.
- Staying proactive: Following up post-breakdown to share real-time progress updates.
- Driving collaboration: Strengthening partnerships within Roadside Services to deliver outstanding service.
- Thinking strategically: Opting for cost-effective solutions using RAC’s repair network and third-party providers.
- Coordination: Liaising internally and externally to streamline deployments.
- System management: Using iCAD Dispatch to make data-driven deployment decisions and track performance.
- Ensuring compliance: Minimising manual claims, adhering to contractor protocols, and meeting KPIs.
- Driving success: Contributing to goals that enhance profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need
- Experience with RAC deployment systems, iCAD, and related tools.
- Ability to meet performance and compliance benchmarks.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of National Deployment Centre (NDC) processes.
- Understanding of breakdown products, data protection, health & safety, and FCA compliance.
