Mercedes-Benz Parts Advisor

About The Role

Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our team at Mercedes Benz of West London.

As a Mercedes Benz Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all requests are dealt with promptly.
  • Supporting and assisting colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing.
  • Maintaining a well-organised parts stock room by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of vehicle parts and accessories.

Flexible working patterns—often including weekends—are part of the role to guarantee the highest customer service standards.

About You

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a similar motor industry role would be ideal.
  • You must be IT literate.
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing experience, both face-to-face and over the phone, are required.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to provide expert advice on parts and services to customers.
