Permanent Sales Consultant – Mercedes-Benz of Swindon
Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Consultant role with a basic salary of £20,000, with the potential to earn generously through commission.
Our Sales Consultants form the heart of every customer’s pleasant journey when buying a car from one of our dealerships. As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll ensure every visit is exceptional from first to final interaction.

About The Role
We seek a passionate individual with a background in customer service or sales to join Mercedes-Benz of Swindon as a Sales Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand, guide, and support them through their car-buying journey.
- Tailor service according to customer needs while upholding high standards set by Mercedes-Benz.
- Employ flexible work patterns, including weekends, to guarantee our customers receive the premium support we provide.

About You
We’re looking for individuals with:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A full and valid UK driving licence (probable asset).
You may be invited to attend an assessment centre as part of the hiring process.
