Star Expert – Mercedes-Benz of Carlisle
About The Role
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Star Expert to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Carlisle.
As a Sytner Star Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers, initiating meaningful conversations and building rapport to excite them about the Mercedes-Benz brand. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting the benefits and unique selling points of Mercedes-Benz, accessories, and vehicle ownership.
- Providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic and competitive environment.
This is a full-time role, which may include weekends to ensure customers receive the highest level of service.
About You
We are looking for an individual who:
- Has previous retail experience and the ability to deliver exceptional customer care in a challenging environment.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with a drive to expand knowledge and inspire others.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a desire to excel in customer-facing roles.
- Enjoys engaging with people and working for a prestige brand within a highly motivated team.
