- High levels of administration including sales, data and trend analysis, running daily sales reports, maintaining departmental records and handling PO processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock.
- Working closely with the Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser to respond to various ad-hoc administration requests.
- Learning and owning internal IT systems to maintain accurate data through meticulous mapping.
- Assisting in managing catalogues and creating range plans under the mentorship of the Assistant Merchandiser.
- Developing positive relationship with suppliers, sourcing offices, and internal teams such as Buying, Allocating, and Stores.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
- The ability to learn quickly, act fast, work autonomously and be flexible to high periods of demand.
- Extremely organised, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident to learn and utilise complex IT systems including Range Planner, SAP, and other merchandising tools.
- Excellent communication to build strong, positive relationships across the business.
- A passion for retail, our products and the customer with a desire to always aim higher, learn from the best and drive your own career.
