This is an incredible opportunity to join a successful and growing fashion retailer where you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside Buying, Merchandising and Retail teams, playing a key role in getting the latest trends into stores at exactly the right time.

What you'll be doing

Every day is different in this fast-moving role. You'll become an integral part of the merchandising team, ensuring stock is allocated efficiently across stores and online while helping maximise sales and delivering the best possible customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating new stock across stores and monitoring performance
  • Managing replenishment to ensure stores have the right products at the right time
  • Analysing sales and stock performance to identify trends and opportunities
  • Working closely with Buying, Distribution and Retail teams to keep everything running smoothly
  • Supporting store managers with stock, delivery and promotional queries
  • Producing reports and packing documentation for store deliveries
  • Providing valuable product feedback and contributing to future product decisions

What we're looking for

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with retail, customer service or administration experience who is looking to build a long-term career within fashion head office.

You'll be someone who:

  • Has previous retail, merchandising support or administration experience
  • Loves fashion and keeps up with the latest trends
  • Enjoys working with numbers and analysing data
  • Has strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Can prioritise a busy workload and work to deadlines
  • Has excellent communication skills and enjoys building relationships across different teams
  • Is proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn
