About the Role

PURESEOUL is a fast-growing, multi-brand retailer bringing the best of Korean beauty to customers in the UK. We are looking for a confident, well-organised individual to work alongside our head office team, providing essential administrative and operational support as a Merchandise Allocator.

In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of our operations, balancing creativity with commercial focus. You’ll:

  • Forecast demand using data, market trends, and insights.
  • Manage inventory across online and retail channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain stock levels in our shelves and fulfilment centres. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data-driven decisions, and seeing the direct impact of their work on the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Forecast product demand across multiple channels using data, trends, and market insights.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure consistent availability while minimising excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, Warehouse, and logistics to optimise lead times, deliveries, and replenishment.
  • Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns, coordinating with teams to align stock with marketing plans, promotions, and deadlines.
  • Analyse performance metrics and identify ways to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in supply or demand planning, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Proficient in Excel and data forecasting tools.
  • Proactive problem-solver able to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for beauty, retail, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
