Merchandise Assistant - Victoria's Secret, London

Merchandising Role at Victoria’s Secret UK & Ireland

About the Role

Our Merchandising team plays a vital role in bringing the Victoria’s Secret customer experience to life—ensuring the right products are available in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities. From planning and managing stock intake to monitoring performance and identifying opportunities, the team shapes how our collections come to market across stores and online.

You will:

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers
  • Oversee stock intake queries as the go-to point of contact
  • Support the team by collating sales reports, handling general admin, and conducting analyses
  • Collaborate with departments like marketing, ensuring stock levels align with promotional activity

About You

Ideal candidates should:

  • Have strong analytical skills with a passion for spreadsheets
  • Be collaborative, fostering excellent teamwork and key stakeholder relationships
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain adaptable
  • Stay ahead of trends across high street, catwalk, and competitor markets
  • Be able to self-manage time efficiency
