About the Role
As our Merchandise & Licensing Manager, you will lead the Team's global merchandise, retail and licensing programme, overseeing strategic partnerships, commercial performance and retail operations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape the long-term direction of the programme while leading a small team and ensuring the successful delivery of merchandise and licensing initiatives across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the Team's global merchandise, retail, apparel and licensing strategy.
- Develop new revenue opportunities across merchandise, retail activations and licensing partnerships.
- Manage and grow relationships with retail partners, licensees and suppliers.
- Oversee seasonal merchandise planning, product development and brand compliance.
- Develop, negotiate and manage licensing partnerships to maximise commercial value and brand exposure.
- Develop and deliver retail activation strategies across Formula 1 race weekends, public events and promotional activities.
- Lead team apparel, inventory management and racewear programmes.
- Lead, coach and develop the Merchandise & Licensing team.

What You Bring
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Retail, Licensing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years' experience in merchandise, licensing, retail, marketing or commercial partnerships.
- Experience within motorsport, sport, entertainment or premium consumer brands.
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Experience managing external partners, suppliers and licensing relationships.
- Strong understanding of brand management, product development and retail operations.
