Role Purpose

The Merchandise Manager – Personalisation Components sits within Buying & Merchandising and owns the International personalisation components business, combining buying and planning responsibilities to ensure the right components are forecast, procured, and available to support licensed replica apparel personalisation demand. Acting as the central point of coordination across Buying & Merchandising, suppliers, operations, and key stakeholders, this role is accountable for continuity of supply, commercial control, and the overall performance of the personalisation components function. The Merchandise Manager – Personalisation Components delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

How you will drive impact:

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

  • Ensure names, numbers, badges, and related personalisation components are planned and available to meet fan demand, protecting the end-to-end personalisation experience across the International business.
  • Manage component replenishment and stock flow to minimise operational disruption and maintain consistent availability that supports customer-facing personalisation services.
  • Coordinate with operations and fulfilment teams to align component supply to business requirements, ensuring fans receive personalised product on time and to expectation.
  • Support commercial decision-making through clear insight on component availability, demand trends, and risks that directly influence the quality of the fan experience.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

  • Identify and escalate component shortages, supply delays, and availability risks with pace, clear actions, and well-reasoned recommendations to minimise trading impact.
  • Investigate root causes of stock, supply, or fulfilment issues and drive corrective action with internal and external stakeholders to prevent recurrence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, supply visibility, process control, and overall performance across the personalisation components business.
  • Leverage systems, reporting tools, and data-driven insight to continuously enhance planning precision, order management, and exception handling across the components workflow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
