Merchandisers - Join Powerforce – The Field Marketing Experts!

Powerforce, an award-winning field marketing company, is looking for enthusiastic and organised individuals to join our team. We work with leading brands in food, retail, and health, delivering merchandising, sampling, selling, auditing, and more.

Pay - Varies depending on requirements; starts from £14.57/hr (includes holiday pay). Mileage rate - 28p per mile (up to 10 miles) plus parking/tolls, etc.

Worker contract – You'll be registered as a ‘Worker’, offering full flexibility to choose your hours and days. No obligation, and commitments (including childcare) are respected.

Location – Middlesbrough

About the Role

In this role, you’ll travel across stores in your area to ensure that product displays are eye-catching and merchantised effectively. You’ll represent some of the UK’s leading brands, helping to boost sales and create memorable customer experiences. Core responsibilities will include:

  • Outstanding merchandising
  • Selling
  • Sampling
  • Auditing or mystery shopping

Key skills and characteristics include:

  • Merchandising expertise – keen eye for detail and ability to create striking product displays
  • Reliability, organization, and enthusiasm – we want someone who is dependable, meticulously organised, and passionate about their work
  • Friendly & approachable attitude – interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with customers and store staff
  • Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus, though we’re also happy to train worried individuals
