Powerforce, an award-winning field marketing company, is seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team. We collaborate with leading brands in food, retail, and health, delivering exceptional services in merchandising, sampling, selling, auditing, and more!
Pay & Terms
- Hourly Rate: Varies depending on requirements; minimum £14.57/hr (includes holiday pay)
- Mileage Allowance: 28p per mile (up to 10 miles) plus parking/tolls/incentives
- Contract: Registered as a "Worker"—choose flexible days/hours with full flexibility for personal commitments including childcare

About the Role
In this role, you’ll visit stores across your designated area to:
- Ensure eye-catching product displays and merchandising stand out.
- Represent some of the UK’s top brands to drive sales and memorable customer experiences. Your core focus: merchandising—making products visually appealing and accessible. Additional tasks include selling, sampling, auditing, or mystery shopping.

Requirements
✅ Merchandising Skills – Proven eye for detail and ability to create impactful displays. ✅ Reliability & Organisation – Highly trustworthy, proactive, with strong time management. ✅ Personality – Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused to interact effectively with shoppers and staff. ✅ Experience – Retail or merchandising background is beneficial, though training will be provided for the right candidate.
