Merchandiser
Part-Time POS & In-Store Media Placement Role – Asda, Chatham
About the Role
Are you looking for part-time work to supplement your income? CPM is seeking dedicated team members to place POS (Point-of-Sale) materials and in-store media in Asda (Chatham, ME5). Ideal for those available every Wednesday evening/Thursday morning, with an average workload of 2.5 hours per week (flexible by agreement). No prior experience needed? Training and support will be provided.

Rate: £16.94 per hour (including holiday pay)
Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
- Signing in and introducing yourself to designated store contacts
- Locating, transporting, and placing POS materials in assigned store sections
- Using a stepladder to place in-store media media at height
- Taking store photos of each POS placement and submitting updates via an app-based tracking system

Key Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Availability for Wednesday evenings (8pm) to Thursday mornings (8am)—though hours will vary by week (with advance notice)
- Ownership of an Android or Apple smartphone (for app reporting)
- Comfort working at height (stepladder required) and handling POS boxes/stock
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with store teams
- Basic app navigation competence
- Flexibility to adapt to weekly variations in workload
Bonus Attributes: ✔ Experience with POS placement previously ✔ A keen attention to detail (critical to meet coverage targets)
