The Role
We are looking for a driven and analytical Merchandiser to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are well-positioned in the market, stock levels are optimized, and trade performance is continuously reviewed to drive business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams, including Design, Marketing, E-commerce, and Supply Chain, to execute strategic initiatives and achieve financial targets. Key Responsibilities:
Lead season reviews and lessons learned to inform future merchandising strategies, applying insights from previous seasons to improve the product range Own the EOSS strategy and product exit plans, collaborating with the Head of Merchandising on final markdowns and stock exit strategies Own the start-of-week trade analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities and propose recommendations to drive sales Identify top-selling products and proactively identify and manage product risks, including underperforming lines and stock-outs Provide support and guidance to the MAA and AM ensuring workload is prioritised and direction is clear Monitor inventory levels and recommend timely replenishment or trading actions Manage stock levels using WSSI and sales data to ensure availability and timely replenishment without overstocking Work with Design and Product teams to create merchandise plans that align with business goals, demand, and seasonal trends Manage production and supplier relationships to optimise costs, delivery, and quality, especially for key product launches Collaborate with wider teams such as Marketing, Finance, E-commerce to develop and execute commercial strategies and align merchandising with business goals and market trends

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in merchandising, ideally within retail or fashion Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights In-depth knowledge of stock management and trade analysis tools (e.g., WSSI) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and an understanding of the supply chain process Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience in leading and developing a team
