Merchandiser
Part-Time POS Placement & In-Store Merchandising Role at Asda (Swanley, BR8)

About the Role
Are you looking for a flexible part-time opportunity to boost your income? CPM is seeking enthusiastic team members to place Point of Sale (POS) and in-store media in Asda Swanley.
This role suits candidates who are: ✔️ Confident with physical placement tasks ✔️ Comfortable working independently ✔️ Happy using digital systems for reporting
Your Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
- Sign in and introduce yourself to store contacts
- Locate and place POS in designated sections (using a stepladder where required)
- Confirm placements via a mobile app (Android/iOS) with photos for verification
- Ensure full POS coverage meets client requirements

Key Hours

- Note: Times may vary weekly but are communicated in advance.
Requirements
Essential
- Availability for Wednesday PM/Thursday AM shifts
- Ownership of a smartphone (iOS/Android)
- Comfort using a stepladder and handling stock
- Fluency in app-based systems for reporting
- Experience with in-store navigation and relationship-building
Desirable
- Prior POS placement experience
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina for store-wide movement
