Merchandiser
Part-Time POS Placement & Merchandising Role – Asda High Wycombe (SS) – £16.94/hr
Are you looking for flexible part-time work to supplement your income? CPM is recruiting team members to place POS (point-of-sale) and in-store media in Asda High Wycombe (Store Code: HP12, ST4 9NU).
Key details:
- Hours: Every Wednesday evening/Thursday morning (~3.5 hours per week on average*), flexible weekly schedule between 8pm (Wed) & 8am (Thu).
- Pay: £16.94/hour (including holiday pay).
- Location: High Wycombe, UK (HP12).
About the Role
You will be responsible for placing POS materials in designated areas of the Asda store to support multiple brands. The key tasks include:
- Signing in, introducing yourself to key store contacts, and liaising with colleagues.
- Locating and placing POS materials in pre-arranged store sections (including heights requiring a stepladder).
- Photographing and reporting completed placements via an app-based system.
Responsibilities
In each visit, you will: ✅ Coordinate with store teams to locate and deploy POS assets. ✅ Use a stepladder to position media at high levels. ✅ Properly document placements using an app-based tracking system. ✅ Ensure full coverage of all assigned POS materials—no placements left incomplete.

Requirements
Essential:
- Availability: Commitment to Wednesday nights/Thursday mornings, with hours varying by week (details provided in advance).
- Smartphone access (iOS or Android) for reporting.
- Ability to handle physical work, including moving boxes/POS stock.
- Confidence using app-based systems for workflow management.
- Strong communication skills—friendly, professional, and relationship-focused.
Preferred (an asset, but not mandatory):
- Prior POS merchandising experience.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and compliant placements.
Hours noted may vary from week to week, but the average commitment remains consistent.
