Senior Associate Team Leader – In-Store Stock Freight & Merchandising
Contract type: Permanent Working pattern: Tuesday to Saturday Salary: £27,492 + Quarterly bonus

Requirements to Apply:

About Your Role
You’ll support leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring:
- Full product range availability across the store
- Consistent stock visibility & high-quality shopfloor presentation
- Efficient handling of pallet movement, displays, and stock organisation

Key Responsibilities:
- Practical, hands-on work: Using pump trucks, setting up impactful displays, and maintaining stock presentation.
- Manual handling training and equipment provided for safety.
- Build strong working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
- Collaborate withyour team and retailers to keep operations running smoothly.
- Use an iPhone/iPad for communication, navigation, and reporting.

Progression & Training:
