Operations Manager Assistant (Permanent)
Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday Salary: £27,492 + Quarterly Bonus

About Your Role
As an Operations Manager Assistant, you will support leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring:
- Consistent stock availability across stores
- High-quality product presentation on the shop floor

Key Responsibilities

Active, hands-on tasks:
- Move merchandise using pump trucks for pallet handling
- Set up and maintain impactful in-store displays
- Organise stock efficiently
- Maintain visibility and presentation standards for products

Safety and Teamwork:
- Manual handling training provided with proper equipment
- Build positive relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive
- Collaborate with teams to ensure operations run smoothly and communicate clearly

Tech-Savviness:
- Use iPhone and iPad for tasks such as communication, navigation, and reporting

Development and Growth:
- Receive regular one-to-one sessions with managers
- Join weekly team catch-ups for skill-building and goal support
