Contract - 6 months / Full Time
Hybrid - 4 days, Clapham Common Office
We're looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant (Planning) to join our Planning team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in merchandising, whether you're a recent graduate or have some experience in a similar role.
You'll play an important role in supporting the planning product lifecycle, working closely with our Merchandising and Buying teams to ensure products are planned, tracked and launched successfully. About the role
- Supporting the planning product lifecycle by maintaining accurate product, range and sign-off information.
- Assisting with stock intake management, tracking purchase orders, delivery dates and intake movements.
- Working closely with the Buying team to manage product updates and ensure changes are communicated across the business.
- Preparing planning and trading reports to support performance reviews across products, categories and channels.
- Supporting end-of-season analysis, helping the team identify key insights to inform future planning decisions.
- Building strong relationships across teams while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
About you
- A degree in Fashion, Business, Maths or a related subject, or around one year's experience in a merchandising or planning support role.
- Strong Excel skills, with confidence using spreadsheets and basic formulas.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills and confidence using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in fashion retail.
- The ability to prioritise, stay organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
