We are a rapidly growing, fast-paced business, and pride ourselves on offering our customers the highest standard of products and service. In the year to March 2026, we delivered revenue of £195 million, a 28% increase on the previous year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains and updates critical paths, highlighting any issues to the merchandising team
- Manages and updates the shipment tracker, highlighting any late orders to merchandising team
- Responsible for receiving packing lists & sharing with the wider team in a timely manner
- Communicating with suppliers to track orders & ensure on time delivery
- Updates and distributes daily, weekly & Ad Hoc reports
- Manages and organises emails
- Creates and distributes PO’s as requested by the merchandising team
- Working closely with buying and sourcing teams to track orders
- Liaising with the warehouse & accounts as and when required
- Responsible for tracking upcoming shipments & ensuring delivery dates are accurate on the website for the customer
- Completes minutes for meetings and ensures these are circulated with actions post meeting
- Has a basic understanding of end to end buying process
- Assisting with any ad hoc requests

TRADING
- Supports the team in weekly trade reporting pulling relevant information when required
- Has basic knowledge of sales reports and how they are used to inform decision making
- Has knowledge of Best and Worst Sellers and knows where to retrieve the information
- Uses weekly critical path meetings to support the team in trading actions
- Has understanding of the impact of late delivery
- Supports in bi-weekly checking of products online to ensure details are correct
- Supports in getting new products online by providing requested information to ecom
