Are you looking for a new challenge in a merchandising role?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Merchandising team as a Merchandising Administrator within our Home category.

We offer hybrid working between your home and our functional space based in our Wigmore Street office in Central London.

When you join Fenwick, you’ll receive:

About the role

Our Merchandising Administrators play a key role in supporting the successful trading of the Home category, helping to ensure the right products are available in the right place at the right time. Working closely with Buyers, Merchandisers, Suppliers, and Store teams, you'll contribute to the smooth management of stock across a varied and fast-moving product portfolio.

You'll be responsible for a broad range of merchandising administration tasks, including:

  • Maintaining accurate product and stock data in D365
  • Supporting Auto Replenishment processes
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Coordinating inter-store transfers
  • Monitoring stock availability
  • Making regular use of Excel to analyse data, maintain reporting accuracy, and support day-to-day trading activity
  • Assisting in the production of sales, stock, and OTB reports
  • Supporting promotional activity and markdown processes
  • Helping identify opportunities and risks through regular analysis of trading performance

Working within a collaborative and commercially focused team, you'll gain exposure to all aspects of the merchandising function while developing a strong understanding of how stock management drives sales and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and building a career within merchandising.

What we are looking for in a candidate…

  • Very organised and structured in the way of working
  • 1-2 years of Allocator experience would be beneficial
  • Microsoft D365 experience is advantageous
  • Able to work under time pressure to prioritise, make decisions, and meet deadlines
  • Highly numerate and IT literate – especially in Excel
  • Good at communicating and building relationships
  • Good financial and analytical skills - trend identification and risk management critical
  • Innovative and uses initiative
  • Good commercial awareness of the industry
