About the Role

This role is responsible for managing smooth delivery of orders through effective critical path and account management. The role supports the commercial success of each account by combining operational oversight with sales analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong communication, organisation, and commercial awareness are essential to support the Sales Managers and wider business in achieving sales and service objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships with Buying teams, Merchandisers, and Logistics teams to ensure consistent communication and service excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead internal critical path meetings to align all departments (including design, production, and factory merch) on order status, priorities, and potential challenges.
  • Prepare for the CP meetings, including any customer updates that need to be shared with the teams.
  • Ensure any changes or updates are communicated promptly to the Sales Managers and the customer.

Order Book Management

  • Oversee the order process from initial confirmation through to delivery. Ensure all orders are accurately entered, tracked, and progressed in line with agreed terms and timelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Commercial Support

  • Support Sales Managers with commercial planning, including sales forecasting and range analysis.

Supporting Factory Merchandise

  • Raising contracts on Sage
  • Receiving in customer PO’s & conversion of stock contracts in progress.
  • Progression of each contract documented via the Critical Path process to ensure hand over dates are met.
  • Attend Weekly CP sessions
  • Ordering labels (RFID’s, Holograms, Byways etc)
  • Receiving in & checking packing lists & invoices & handing over to Finance.
  • Ensure data input to Sage is accurately maintained.
  • Attend internal customer focussed meetings to provide key dates.
  • Weekly FO review to ensure data input accuracy is maintained.

Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up

  • Take ownership of pre-meeting preparation, including compiling reports, samples, and presentation materials. Attend customer and internal meetings as required, ensuring all actions and outcomes are recorded, communicated, and followed up in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, enhance communication flow, and strengthen relationships across departments to optimise overall account performance.
