Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Buying and Merchandising Administrator based in Batley. The role involves managing administrative tasks for the buying and merchandising team, liaising with suppliers, updating product information, monitoring sales performance, and providing analytical support. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and support the optimization of inventory and product offerings.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, team members, and other departments
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to monitor sales data, assess performance metrics, and draw actionable insights
- Experience in Administrative Assistance to support the buying and merchandising functions with organization and accuracy
- Knowledge of Sales processes and trends to enhance product offerings and inventory planning
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or a similar industry is a plus
