Merchandising & Promotions Manager
We're looking for a Merchandising & Promotions Manager to bring our digital platforms to life and support sales performance across the UK&I region.
You'll execute merchandising strategies, coordinate promotional campaigns, and help create compelling online experiences that drive conversion and meet customer expectations.
The role will be published until Tuesday 21st July
Please note this is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract

About The Job
- You'll execute merchandising plans for web platforms within your assigned area, applying established governance frameworks to create exceptional customer experiences and coordinating activities across channels including app.
- Monitoring performance across web sales is central to your role, where you'll collect and analyse traffic, conversion, and booking data to provide insights and identify optimization opportunities.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of sales campaigns ensures alignment with commercial strategy and brand positioning, while collecting data on campaign effectiveness informs future planning.
- You'll coordinate the execution of online discount, promotion, and offer strategies, working with commercial teams to ensure promotional approaches support business objectives and drive initiatives.
- Working with the Sales Optimisation, Personalisation & Digital Change team, you'll prioritise, implement, and track merchandising testing activities to support data-driven decision making and establish best practices.
- You'll contribute to initiatives that accelerate digital growth, gathering insights into performance trends and providing input to digital roadmaps to ensure merchandising capabilities support business objectives.

About You
- You bring proven experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, and online sales, preferably within the travel industry or similar, with understanding of how to optimize digital platforms for conversion.
- Your commercial awareness helps you understand priorities and how they translate into merchandising and promotional strategies.
- You have experience using several Content Management Systems and digital web/app systems effectively.
- Experience in supporting digital sales campaigns and creating effective offers and promotions is part of your background.
- You're a strong team player with the ability to work effectively with others, experienced in collaborative planning and execution of initiatives.
- Good communication skills enable you to build relationships across commercial, marketing, and technology teams, while your adaptability helps you navigate changing priorities in a dynamic digital environment.
