Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role and Candidate

We are seeking a Merchandising Supervisor (CEST) to play a pivotal role in representing country-level product and assortment requirements across Central Europe.

Reporting to the Head of Country Cluster Merchandising, this role combines hands-on merchandise planning with regional coordination responsibilities and is ideally suited to an experienced merchandise planner looking to take the next step into a leadership position.

You will be responsible for planning and forecasting activities for the Netherlands market while supporting merchandising operations across the wider Central European region. This includes managing inventory, replenishment, product ranging, stock allocation, and last-mile delivery performance to ensure stores are stocked effectively and operational targets are achieved.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoy working with data, and have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with retail, logistics, visual merchandising, and regional stakeholders. You will also lead and support a small merchandising team, helping to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the region.

Initially, the role will focus on the Germany and Netherlands markets, with responsibilities expanding into additional Central European countries as POP MART continues its growth across Europe.

Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management

  • Develop and maintain SKU-level rolling demand forecasts to support replenishment planning and maximise sales opportunities
  • Define and allocate product assortments from regional and local distribution centres to stores based on sales performance and business requirements
  • Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and inventory health to optimise product availability and minimise stock risks
  • Manage replenishment planning to ensure stores maintain appropriate stock coverage

Retail Operations & Distribution

  • Oversee merchandise transfers and daily stock movements between warehouses and retail locations
  • Coordinate last-mile delivery activities to ensure timely product availability in stores
  • Support local product launches and ensure inventory readiness in line with launch plans
