We're supporting a high-growth organisation in the search for an experienced M&A Integration Manager to join the business during a significant period of expansion.
This newly created position will play a key role in supporting an active acquisition strategy, ensuring newly acquired businesses are successfully integrated and positioned for long-term success.
The Role
Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead the integration of acquisitions across multiple business functions, ensuring a smooth transition while driving operational efficiencies and value creation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end integration of multiple acquisitions simultaneously.
- Developing and implementing Day 1, Day 30 and Day 100 integration plans.
- Coordinating integration activities across Finance, HR, Technology, Operations and Compliance.
- Supporting organisational change and cultural integration initiatives.
- Identifying and mitigating integration risks.
- Tracking synergy delivery and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
- Establishing scalable integration frameworks and best-practice processes to support future growth.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Experience within M&A integration, post-merger integration, corporate development or a similar environment.
- A track record of leading successful integration programmes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify value creation opportunities.
- Experience within an acquisitive, professional services or multi-site environment would be advantageous.
