About the Role
We’re looking for someone who thrives on: ✅ Excellent communication and people skills ✅ Willingness to provide first-class service ✅ Flexibility (including working weekends, Bank Holidays, and a rota system) ✅ Independent thinker (able to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team)
Ideal candidates will have experience in:
- Retail, hospitality, or gambling sectors
- Delivering top-tier customer service
A desire to learn and develop is essential.
Responsibilities
As a Team Member, your role will include — but is not limited to — the following:
- Ensuring high standards of housekeeping (cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls, surfaces, etc.).
- Delivering service rounds and refreshments as per brand guidelines.
- Monitoring customer behaviour: noting suspicious or disruptive activity.
- Supporting administration for accuracy.
- Ensuring promotions run smoothly.
- Providing customer service that exceeds company standards.
- Resolving customer issues and escalating where necessary.
- Logging customer interactions as required.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation — adhering to the dress code.
- Developing product expertise to support customer satisfaction.
- Upholding safeguarding policies and promoting inclusion.
- Active discouragement of harassment, discrimination, or victimisation based on race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
