- £13.84 per hour (night rate between 23:00 and 06:00)

About the Role
You’ll be working as a Team Member Nights, playing a critical role in ensuring our customers feel welcomed while creating a fantastic gaming atmosphere.
Our venues depend on colleagues like you! We provide training (1st class), support development, and help you grow even if you’re new to industry standards.

- Ensuring highest possible housekeeping standards – cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces regularly.
- Offering service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitoring customer behaviour and noting any suspicious or disruptive activity that could impact the venue’s smooth operations.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure complete accuracy.
- Supporting promotions to ensure their success and smooth running.
- Adhering to customer service policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Resolving queries or disputes, escalating where necessary, and referencing the complaints policy.
- Ensuring strong customer interactions and logging relevant engagements accurately.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation and adhering to the brand dress code.
- Gaining, sharing, and promoting excellent product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
- Proactively discouraging harassment, discrimination, or victimisation across various protected grounds.
Requirements
We’re looking for individuals with:
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing first-class customer service.
- Flexibility to work on a rota system, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A background or experience in:
- Retail
- Hospitality
- Gambling/ Gaming environments
- Delivering high levels of customer service.
- A commitment to learning and development.
- Attention to detail.
