- Hours Per Week: 30
- Pay Rate: £12.84–£13.84 per hour
- Night Rate: £13.84 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00

About the Role
As a Team Member Nights, you will play a key role in creating a positive atmosphere, supporting customers, and maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Venue Housekeeping: Ensure immaculate venue standards by regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces in line with brand guidelines.
- Customer Service: Offer service rounds, refreshments, and promote loyalty to our brand. Monitor customer behaviour for any suspicious or disruptive actions.
- Compliance & Security: Comply with all company policies, including safeguarding, harassment prevention, and challenge 25 protocols to ensure a secure environment.
- Administrative Support: Assist with admin tasks to achieve 100% accuracy, ensuring promotions run smoothly and are successful.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers professionally, logging all interactions and resolving issues in alignment with the complaints policy.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a team, maintaining flexibility for weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Present yourself professionally in accordance with the dress code. Deepen your product knowledge to enhance customer enjoyment.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional communication and people skills with a genuine passion for delivering first-class customer service.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, gaming, or similar customer-facing environments highly preferred but not mandatory (due to our comprehensive training programme).
- Forward-thinking attitude toward learning and building expertise within the industry.
- Attention to detail to ensure consistent high standards.
- Commitment to safeguarding principles and adherence to MERKUR’s anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies.
