- Hours per week: 40
- Pay rate: £12.84 – £13.84 per hour
- Night rate: £13.84 per hour (between 23:00 and 06:00)

About the Role
Priority: You'll contribute essential service, housekeeping, and customer engagement to our night-time operations.
- Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-standard venue housekeeping by cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces regularly.
- Maintain service consistency, including refreshments, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer behaviour, noting suspicious or disruptive actions for venue safety.
- Assist with accuracy-first administration tasks as required.
- Ensure smooth execution of promotions to maximise customer engagement.
- Uphold candidate satisfaction standards, logs interactions to track customer experiences.
- Garner and share product knowledge to enhance customer enjoyment.
- Consistently represent the brand, following dress code and presentation standards.
- Implement safeguarding policies and actively discourage harassment, discrimination, or victimisation.
- Actively contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive work environment.

About You
- Strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with customers.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or the gambling sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Comfortable working:
- Flexibly (rotational hours including weekends/Bank Holidays)
- Independently and as part of a team
- Without prior industry experience (training provided)
- Emphasis on attention to detail, compliance skills, and problem-solving persistence.
