Hours & Pay

  • Hours per week: 40
  • Pay rate: £12.84 – £13.84 per hour
  • Night rate: £13.84 per hour (between 23:00 and 06:00)

About the Role

Priority: You'll contribute essential service, housekeeping, and customer engagement to our night-time operations.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Ensure high-standard venue housekeeping by cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces regularly.
    • Maintain service consistency, including refreshments, aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Monitor customer behaviour, noting suspicious or disruptive actions for venue safety.
    • Assist with accuracy-first administration tasks as required.
    • Ensure smooth execution of promotions to maximise customer engagement.
    • Uphold candidate satisfaction standards, logs interactions to track customer experiences.
    • Garner and share product knowledge to enhance customer enjoyment.
    • Consistently represent the brand, following dress code and presentation standards.
    • Implement safeguarding policies and actively discourage harassment, discrimination, or victimisation.
    • Actively contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive work environment.

About You

  • Strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with customers.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or the gambling sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable working:
    • Flexibly (rotational hours including weekends/Bank Holidays)
    • Independently and as part of a team
    • Without prior industry experience (training provided)
  • Emphasis on attention to detail, compliance skills, and problem-solving persistence.
