Hours: Full Time, Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm, Fridays 8am - 1.30pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Metal Joining Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be involved in precision metal joining processes, producing high-quality components and assemblies to exact customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Prepare and clean components prior to joining processes.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements.
- Complete manufacturing documentation and job records accurately.
- Work in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, including AS9100 requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Support continuous improvement activities within the department.
Skills & Experience
Desirable experience includes:
- Previous experience in welding, brazing, soldering or precision assembly
- Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
