Backed by a multi-billion-dollar global manufacturer, our UK operation is expanding rapidly within the Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) sector. We are investing in our people, products, and market presence to strengthen our position across the UK.
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven MEWP Sales Representative to help drive this growth journey.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for developing and growing sales of our MEWP product portfolio across your assigned territory.
This means:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the access equipment market
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental companies, contractors, and end users
- Promoting the XCMG MEWP range and increasing market penetration
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to order closure
- Conducting customer visits, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
- Maintaining accurate sales pipeline and customer records through Salesforce CRM
- Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while working closely with the wider sales and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Who You Are
You are already building a successful career within access equipment, construction machinery, equipment rental, or a related industry.
You bring:
- Proven sales experience within MEWPs, construction equipment, equipment rental, or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of the UK market and the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK
