MGA Operations Manager – Insurance
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days in office)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (12 months) | Immediate Start
Salary: Circa £90,000+ DOE
Specialist underwriting MGA — hiring an Operations Manager to lead binders, governance, claims, bordereaux, finance, and underwriting ops. This isn't a maintain-the-status-quo role. You'll have real scope to shape how the function runs — process, controls, and team ways of working.

What you'll be doing:
- Binder audits, renewals, profit commission
- Governance, sanctions checking, internal audit
- Claims, bordereaux reconciliation, SLA monitoring
- Working with 3rd party tech suppliers on system change

What we need:
- MGA / delegated authority operations background (specialty lines welcome)
- Hands-on, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
- Available immediately or short notice
