The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and reliable warehouse operative to join our Warehousing and Logistics team at Magna Park, Lutterworth. You’ll be a vital part of maintaining smooth, high-efficiency operations—directly supporting our clients’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise pick lists to locate and pick items accurately from warehouse locations.
- Pack securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and clear labelling.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks, including:
- Conducting stock counts and inventory management.
- Monitoring for damaged or misplaced items.
- Coordinating cross-docking and transportation logistics.
- Maintain safety excellence—strict compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets and deadlines

Essential Skills & Experience
✅ Previous warehouse or logistics experience—preferably in a similar storage/distribution environment. ✅ Familiarity with MHE equipment—especially Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) or Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT). In-house or third-party licences accepted. ✅ Strong understanding of health and safety protocols in warehouse settings. ✅ Attention to detail with accuracy—a non-negotiable for inventory integrity. ✅ Ability to work both collaboratively and independently during varying operational demands. ✅ Flexibility to adapt to shift-work: Eligible to operate 6 AM to 10 PM, Monday to Sunday.
