Sitting within the Retail Workforce Planning and Analytics function the role will be primarily responsible for delivering accurate and timely MI according to business demands.

Critically, capable of not only running our existing MI suite on a timely basis but also of enhancing existing capability and developing new outputs for targeted audiences. Customers range from Executive Teams to operational leaders.

Responsibilities

  • The MI Analyst is responsible for the provision, analysis and communication of data which provides stakeholders across our leadership and operations the with a clear, actionable view of operational performance, root cause analytics and identification of opportunities.
  • The provision of data which enhances the effectiveness of decisions across our business.
  • Maintenance, development and creation of data processes and reporting.
  • Analyses of MI making key recommendations to the business on opportunities to enhance our service and drive efficiency.
  • Design and ownership of a reporting suite that informs our Executive teams of operational performance.
  • Ensure all reporting accurate and consistent.
  • Interact with others at all levels across a client organisation, including senior-level executives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across key stakeholder groups, challenging requests where necessary and offering potential improvements/solutions
  • Support the MI Lead in gathering requirements from stakeholders, developing the brief and prioritising workload.

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Expert’ analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Expert user of both Alteryx and Tableau
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively to non-technical people
  • Understanding of MI best practice
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and proactive skills, working logically and systematically
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain effective
