GXO are currently looking for a MI Analyst to join us at our new start-up site in Daventry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accessing, analysing and presenting operational data to support performance, planning and continuous improvement across the site. You’ll work closely with operational leaders and stakeholders, ensuring management information is accurate, timely and fit-for-purpose, helping the operation focus on achieving key objectives.
This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working 08:00 – 16:00 on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern.
Pay, benefits and more:
- You’ll be paid a salary of up to £35,000 per annum.

- Produce management information to the agreed schedule, daily/weekly/monthly for all levels of the business – which then enables stakeholders to provide actionable insight driving strategic and operational decisions
- Design, create and maintain bespoke and ad-hoc reports in line with current operational requirements and project activities - you will gather and analyse data, then adapt it to present in a way that is appropriate for the intended audience
- Analyse large data sets to identify trends, issues and opportunities to support improvement plans
- Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent and aligned to customer and company requirements
- Support site performance monitoring including KPIs, productivity and capacity reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support structured improvement projects
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience working with large volumes of data from different sources, adapting data to make sure it is fit-for-purpose
- A strong analytical ability and an inquisitive mind, with the ability to translate data into visuals and adapt visualisation depending on the audience
- Confident communication skills, to present information to managers and able to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
- Confident MS Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI
- High attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
- Knowledge of SQL and other analytical tools is desirable but not essential
