Do you love turning data into decisions?

Can you spot trends, inefficiencies and opportunities others miss? Want to play a key role in keeping a busy transport operation running smarter, faster and more cost-effectively?

We are looking for an MI Analyst to join our Currys site in Newark. Operating at the heart of a 24/7 logistics environment, you'll transform large volumes of transport data into meaningful insights that drive performance, efficiency and service improvements. Supporting an operation that delivers more than 100 trips every day across the UK and ROI, backed by a fleet of 80+ vehicles, you'll be the go-to expert for reporting, analysis and performance visibility. Working closely with planners and transport operations, you'll provide the insight that helps make better decisions on routing, scheduling, fleet utilisation and cost control.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
