Hours of work: 40
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 7 months
We are seeking a MI & Data Co-ordinator to support both Business as Usual (BAU) activities and a key rectification programme within a transforming team.
This role has arisen due to a team split, creating a requirement for additional resource to ensure continuity of reporting and data analysis responsibilities.
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong reporting and data management capabilities who can contribute to maintaining high-quality MI outputs while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.
This individual will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and effective reporting delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain reporting outputs and a central SharePoint-based Document Management System (DMS).
- Collaborate with operational teams, BI, and FMS teams to align reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to metadata and data standards.
- Establish and maintain processes for effective collection and storage of Management Information (MI).
- Produce monthly KPI reports and other regular reporting outputs for stakeholders.
- Build dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau.
- Administer access controls for SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other systems including Insight and Tririga via Jira.
- Manage and respond to data queries and reporting requests from internal and client stakeholders.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Strong background in data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros, advanced formulas, and XLOOKUPs.
- Experience using SharePoint and Excel as reporting tools.
- Experience with Tableau for data extraction and analysis.
- Ability to analyse large datasets and produce meaningful insights.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating professional reporting packs.
- A highly analytical and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage complex datasets and deliver high-quality reporting.
