About Us

We're automating homebuilding.

Construction is one of the least automated industries in the world. We're on a mission to change that and to make high-quality homes easy and affordable to build.

Our platform, MasterBuilder, takes a building design and generates executable robot code for every panel. Our robotic MicroFactory deploys directly onto building sites and produces those wall, floor and roof panels on demand - faster with less waste, and at lower cost. No large factory. No trucking. No delays. It moves with builders as their pipeline grows, putting production and cost control back in their hands.

Our technology works. It's deployed with real homebuilding partners across the US and Europe today. Backed by Planet A, PT1, Shadow Ventures, ABB Robotics, we're a small team about to take our biggest step yet towards changing how the world builds homes.

We're searching for people who want to have outsized impact, ship fast and see their work in the real world: real panels, in real homes, for real people. #forpeopleandplanet

The Role

You'll own the day-to-day operation of AUAR's MicroFactory at active homebuilding sites across the US. That means keeping the system running, the panels moving, and the framing crews supplied.

This is a physical, hands-on role. You'll be outdoors, on active construction sites, on your feet all day. At the end of a good day, you'll have produced the panels that go directly into someone's home. That's the job.

You'll run the MicroFactory, plan production, carry out daily maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and hand completed panel packs off to the builder’s framing crew. When the site throws something unexpected at you - a schedule change, a material variance, a machine issue - you'll work with our support teams to figure it out.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll also be the face of AUAR on-site. Framing foremen, site safety managers, and builder superintendents will be talking to you daily. You need to hold your own, communicate clearly, and keep people informed.

This might be you if...

  • You're happiest when you're doing something with your hands, not sitting behind a desk all day.
  • When something breaks, you're the one who figures out why - and fixes it - before asking for help.
  • You're genuinely comfortable with technology. Not just "basic computer skills" - you pick up new software fast, you log data accurately, and you're curious about how systems work. This matters more here than building or robotics experience.
  • You've worked on a construction site - and you know how to keep things moving when conditions aren't perfect.
  • You take ownership. If the panels aren't right, that's on you, and you care about that.
  • You can work independently for long stretches without needing to be managed.

You don't need to have done this exact job before. We're looking for a certain kind of person.

What you'll do day-to-day

  • Operate the MicroFactory to produce wall, floor, and roof panels to specification
  • Use AUAR’s integrated MasterBuilder software to queue, monitor, and report on production runs
  • Carry out daily maintenance, equipment checks, and consumable replacements
  • Receive lumber deliveries, verify quality against designs, and prepare material infeed, operating forklifts and pallet trucks to move stock safely around site
  • Hand over completed panel packs to framing crews
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues together with remote support teams
  • Attend the builder’s site coordination meetings and align production with the installation sequence
  • Manually adjust or reproduce panels when site conditions require it — miter saw and nail gun comfort is a plus
  • Log quality issues and flag improvement opportunities back to our product team
