Role Overview
We have an exciting new position for a Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our expanding M365 Consultancy practice.
This role encompasses the planning, design, and delivery of standard and customised solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical execution of projects, engaging throughout the full project lifecycle, from presales to operational handover. We are seeking a dynamic professional who is passionate about leveraging new technologies to address complex business challenges.

Due to the nature of this role successful candidates will need to undergo security clearance. To be eligible for this role you must have lived in the UK for at least 5 consecutive years. More information on SC Clearance checks can be found here.
Responsibilities
- Conducting client consultations and workshops to capture requirements and identify technical design needs.
- Architecture and Design (High-Level and Low-Level) of Microsoft 365 Solutions.
- Delivering training sessions and client workshops to support the successful delivery of proposed solutions.
- Building and nurturing trusted relationships with clients.
- Ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery to clients.
- Producing project documentation and training materials for both end-users and technical teams.
About you
- Knowledgeable and experienced in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions in SharePoint, MS Teams, Purview and the broader M365 platform
- Able to consult and advise clients on the capabilities and potential of the broader M365 platform.
- Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Autonomous time management and task prioritisation capability
- Confidence in working with multiple stakeholders of varying seniority and technical proficiency. (e.g. IT teams, service/product owners, end-users)
- Experience in presenting and demonstrating to stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach to working with project teams in close partnership with clients, particularly across different client environments and industries.
- A desire to keep up-to-date with M365 updates and changes
- Knowledge and experience of the following would be advantageous:
- M365 Core Workloads (SharePoint/Teams/Purview)
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft Copilot/Copilot for M365/Copilot agents
- Experience in pre-sales activities
- Working towards or completion of relevant Microsoft Certifications (e.g. MS-900, MS-102, SC-400)
