Microsoft 365 Consultant
Role Overview
We have an exciting new position for a Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our expanding M365 Consultancy practice. This role encompasses the planning, design, and delivery of standard and customised solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical execution of projects, engaging throughout the full project lifecycle—from presales to operational handover. We are seeking a dynamic professional who is passionate about leveraging new technologies to address complex business challenges.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where your skills will contribute to delivering impactful solutions to our clients.
Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates will need to undergo security clearance. Applicants must have lived in the UK for at least 5 consecutive years for eligibility. See further details here.
Responsibilities
- Conducting client consultations and workshops to capture requirements and identify technical design needs
- Architecture and Design (high-level and low-level) of Microsoft 365 solutions
- Delivering training sessions and client workshops to support successful solution delivery
- Building and nurturing trusted relationships with clients
- Ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery to clients
- Producing project documentation and training materials for both end-users and technical teams
About You
Core Requirements
- Knowledgeable and experienced in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions in SharePoint, MS Teams, Purview, and the broader M365 platform
- Ability to consult and advise clients on the capabilities and potential of the M365 platform
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Autonomous time management and task prioritisation capability
- Confidence in working across multiple stakeholders (e.g., IT teams, service/product owners, end-users) regardless of seniority or technical proficiency
- Experience in presenting and demonstrating solutions to stakeholders
- Collaborative approach in working with project teams and clients, particularly across diverse environments and industries
- Commitment to staying current with M365 updates and changes

Desirable Experience
- Familiarity with M365 Core Workloads (SharePoint, Teams, Purview)
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot for M365, and Copilot agents
- Experience in pre-sales activities
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-102, SC-400)
