Position Details
Reports to: Microsoft Services Manager Team: Microsoft Services Department: Technical Solutions
Purpose of Job
To support the Microsoft 365 team in the definition, creation, and delivery of Professional Services for our customers. Initially, this will involve working on Intune consultancy projects and Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations/consolidations. The role will deliver any Microsoft 365 projects customers require, ensuring a variety of project work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects from pre-sales scoping to project planning and implementation
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to plan future services for customers
- Design and document customer solutions

Educational Qualifications

Professional Qualifications
Essential:
- MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator Associate)
- MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)
Years of Experience
Essential:
- 3+ years working with production workloads in Microsoft 365
Other Requirements
Essential:
- Experience delivering workshops and/or training to colleagues or customers
- Production experience with Microsoft 365 (particularly with advanced security: SC-200 and SC-300 expeirence)

Desirable:
- Experience with Defender for Endpoint
- Familiarity with scripting, such as PowerShell
Core Competencies & Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 service offerings and products
- Extensive experience with the Intune Suite
- Strong ability to design and automate device onboarding to Microsoft Intune
- Hands-on experience with M365 admin portals
- Expertise in migrating on-premises Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to Intune policies
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Defender suite
- Skilled in using M365 migration tools, including:
- Quest On Demand
- AvePoint Fly
- BitTitan
- Skykick
- Experience with scaling and migrating Microsoft 365 tenant environments
