Role Title: M365 Engineering Lead – SharePoint/Teams/Exchange/OneDrive/Power Platform (SC required)
Experience required:
- Extensive hands-on M365 engineering/support in a large or regulated organisation
- Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive
- Power Platform design and governance; technical authority for an M365 platform
- M365 security & compliance (Conditional Access, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, eDiscovery); governance frameworks
- PowerShell automation; Agile/DevOps delivery experience
- Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor/lead engineers. Desirable: Microsoft certs (MS-102, MS-600, SC-300, PL-400)
- Regulated environment experience
- Purview/Insider Risk/Advanced Compliance
- LoB integrations
- AI/Copilot for M365 exposure.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership and support to Tower 1 within EUC
- Work directly with the client's strategic partner delivering DevSecOps
- Provide hands-on engineering expertise alongside strategic direction, standards, and leadership for M365 services including SharePoint and Teams channels
- Act as a leadership pillar for the Tower 1 Product Group Owner providing unbiased technical insight
- Play a direct leadership role within the DevSecOps team
- Collaborate with colleagues across DTI.
