Microsoft 365 Sales Specialist

Microsoft 365 Sales Specialist Position Overview As a Microsoft 365 Sales Specialist you will lead initial customer conversations, align requirements to Microsoft 365 services and determine when deeper technical engagement is required. Simpler opportunities may be supported end‑to‑end, with complex scenarios progressed alongside Microsoft 365 Architects. Responsibilities Partner with Account Managers to uncover and qualify Microsoft 365 opportunities Translate customer challenges into Microsoft 365 ‑ aligned use cases Build and progress pipeline across infrastructure, migration, optimisation, security, resilience and modernisation Lead early‑stage discovery and provide high‑level solution scoping Engage Microsoft 365 Architects where technical depth is required Support opportunity shaping, forecasting, and deal closure Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data Experience and Qualifications Essential: Experience in software, cloud, or technology sales (VAR, MSP, or IT services preferred) Working knowledge of Microsoft M365 and cloud consumption models Strong consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable: Experience supporting Microsoft 365 opportunities in a sales or pre‑sales role Understanding of Microsoft CSP and cloud commercial models Experience working with technical architects or consultants Microsoft / M365 certifications (or willingness to work towards them) About Us: We are the tech company with people at heart.
