Are you an expert across Microsoft 365 services? Join us and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions that help customers work smarter, safer and more collaboratively.
You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, migration, administration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services including Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
This role is remote-first with travel monthly to our Meppershall site, and occasional customer/site travel.
You’ll be someone who enjoys solving problems, working with customers and taking ownership of technical delivery. You’ll be confident explaining Microsoft 365 solutions in a clear, practical way and comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time.
You’ll be joining a supportive team where knowledge sharing, continuous learning and doing the right thing for the customer are genuinely valued.
What you’ll be doing as a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist:
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver Microsoft 365 projects including tenant setup, migrations, configuration and optimisation, all areas of implementation and administration
- Work across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, Purview and Copilot
- Support customer workshops, technical discovery and solution design activities
- Configure security, compliance and governance features within Microsoft 365
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and provide technical escalation support
- Use PowerShell and automation to improve delivery, administration and reporting

We’re looking for experience in:
- Designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in an MSP, customer-facing or consultancy role
- Working with Microsoft 365 services; Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
- Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and identity management
- Security and compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention or Defender for Office 365
- Troubleshooting technical issues and explaining solutions clearly to customers
- Hands-on approach focused on detail
- Comfortable working on multiple projects with a structured organised approach
It would be great if you also have:
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300 or SC-401
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Purview related to Microsoft 365 Copilot governance and compliance.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot readiness
- PowerShell scripting or Microsoft Graph experience
- Experience delivering Microsoft workshops or adoption sessions
