Microsoft AI Engineer / Azure Artificial Intelligence Engineer

This is a new and exclusive opportunity for a Microsoft AI Engineer / Azure Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join this thriving technology business as they grow their AI Risk Management & Governance team.

The AI Security Engineer is responsible for securing AI platforms and systems against adversarial threats. The role focuses on technical security controls, threat modelling, red teaming, and continuous monitoring of AI systems.

can be either London or Glasgow, and expectation is 1 or 2 days a week in the office with home working hybrid flexibility

£65,000 - £90,000 dependant on location and experience

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Azure AI solutions, programming experience (Python, C#, or Java)

Your role will focus on:

  • Design and implement security controls for AI and LLM systems
  • Perform AI-specific threat modelling and risk analysis
  • Lead red team and blue team testing of AI platforms

  • Strong background in security engineering and cloud security
  • Hands-on experience with AI red teaming and adversarial testing
  • Familiarity with AI security tooling and LLM testing frameworks
  • Experience securing APIs and distributed systems
