Microsoft Alliance Manager — UK & Ireland
Dublin-based, Hybrid
Microsoft is one of Slalom’s most strategic partners in the UK and Ireland — and we’re looking for the person who’ll make that relationship exceptional.
This isn’t a relationship management role in name only. You’ll shape how we go to market with Microsoft, unlock joint opportunities, and act as the connective tissue between two ambitious organisations. If you’ve built trusted partner relationships — whether at Microsoft, another hyperscaler, or a technology consultancy — and you know what it takes to turn ecosystem potential into real commercial outcomes, we’d love to hear your story.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive the alliance strategy
- Define and execute Slalom’s Microsoft alliance strategy, aligned to market growth priorities
- Set revenue targets and pipeline goals and own delivery against them
- Partner with practice leaders on joint go-to-market plays aligned to Microsoft solution areas
Build relationships that matter
- Develop trusted relationships across Microsoft’s sales, marketing, technical, and partner teams
- Represent Slalom within the Microsoft ecosystem in meetings, at events, and in the market
- Proactively align priorities and identify gaps before they become issues

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
